The Four Step Model represents the four steps we at Lowdham Grange will take to achieve the Serco vision "Good To Great".

These Four Steps:

1. Analyse the Business Environment
2. Identify Aims and Objective and Plan
3. Implement, Monitor and Review
4. Drive and Inform Future Planning

follow a logical progression to ensure delivery of the Serco vision within the contract framework. We have analyzed both internal and external drivers to produce our target framework, ensuring focus on areas where most attention is needed and opportunities are greatest.

Our Four Step Model also ensures that we have the information required to enable us to reflect upon our progress and respond effectively to changing priorities, driving our planning forward into next year and beyond.
