Staff Introduction

To work in Lowdham Grange provides me with a safe and secure position of employment; the environment is dynamic and at times unpredictable but safe, which ensures I encounter different experiences from day to day.

Since my employment began I have felt very well supported, and part of a successful team. Riding through the good times and the bad gives me a sense of achievement and the drive for continual improvement.

The company have made a solid investment by giving me the necessary tools to develop myself both professionally and personally. I have successfully completed many different courses that have enhanced and developed the skills I need to carry out my duties to the best of my ability.

I thoroughly enjoy my work at Lowdham and I feel a good sense of achievement with the position I’m currently in and hope to continue progressing. I feel on a wider scale that I’m working for a company that values its employees and hope to provide them with my continued loyalty and commitment.
